Tokens serve as a form of online currency that you use across SinParty to make purchases on the site.
What is a Private show?
A Private show is a personal session between you and your creator of choice.
Simply send a request to the creator by pressing the "Start Private" button, and upon their acceptance,
the session begins at the token price per minute.
Note that other users may also spy on this session (if the creator has activated that feature) but they cannot communicate directly with the creator.

What is an Exclusive Private show?
An Exclusive Private show(Cam2Cam) is a private session between you and your creator of choice
where you can turn on your camera and microphone for a more intimate interaction.
No spying from other users is allowed in Exclusive Private shows.

What is Spy mode?
Spy mode enables you to discreetly view a Private Show between a creator and another user.
Users with a token balance can peek for free for the first 15 seconds. If you wish to continue spying beyond this, you must pay the per minute fee set by the creator.

Can I chat privately with a creator?
Yes! To chat privately with a creator you will need to subscribe to them first.
The private chat tab can be found at the top of the live chat section.
Here you can easily subscribe to the creator and instantly start sending private messages.
How can I report a problem involving a creator?
Navigate to your settings tab which can be found by clicking the 3 dots in the top right hand corner.
Here you will find the "report room" option which, once clicked, will open a pop up listing various issues.
If you can not find your related issue then you will have the option to explain your issue in more detail.
Once your report is submitted, our Support Team will investigate.

If a creator mutes me, how can I get unmuted?
The decision to mute or unmute a user rests with the creator alone.
Our Team cannot intervene or contact creators on behalf of users.
Please note: The mute state will automatically be disabled after 24 hours.

What should I do when my transaction is declined?
Firstly, don't worry, your account hasn't been charged.
We would recommend trying again using another payment method as some banks may block online transactions for security reasons.

Why are my purchased tokens not reflecting in my account?
Please note that there may be a slight delay in delivery of the tokens (especially with cryptocurrency purchases.)

Why does my purchase dates not correspond to the dates on my bank statements?

Why are usernames different colours?
The color of a user is an indication of their activity on the platform.
This enables our creators to rank the users in their room and give attention/focus on users who have the propensity to spend.

Each subscription is a separate transaction. If you have paid for your subscription through your debit
or credit card, it will be charged again at the end of your subscription period for each creator. If you used
your SinParty balance to pay for your subscription, the cost would be deducted from
your balance at the end of the subscription period.
Remember to keep your balance topped up so the renewal payment will be successful.

The payment for my subscription got declined by my bank, what now?
A card payment can be declined for several reasons. If your card is declined for a payment on SinParty
you will receive an email notification and can contact your bank to check if there are any problems.
The billing descriptor is SP Billing , so they won’t know exactly what you’re buying.
What if I’m not happy with the content on the subscriber page?
When subscribing to a creator you get exclusive free access to the creator’s inbox

How do I cancel a subscription to a creator?
To cancel a subscription, sign into your account and access your My Fan Clubs tab.
Here you will find all of your active subscriptions.
Simply find the creator you would like to cancel and then click on the 3 dots next to their name and hit the Leave Fan Club option.
