Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: SP Internet Media Limited, No. HE381896 whose registered office is at Archiepiskopou Makariou lll 18B, Annitas Complex, House 6, Anafotia, 7573, Larnaca, Cyprus.

2. The competition is open to all creators on SinParty around the world. 

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via SinParty.com

6. Each creator can make as many eligible Tweets as they like, each Tweet between December 6, 2022 and January 9, 2023 is one entry to the competition. A creator is defined as the owner of Creator account on SinParty.com who has verified their ID and has at least 3 videos posted as either MyParty or Paid, at least one within the competition period.

7. Closing date for entry will be January 9, 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

A creator must send a Tweet including a photo, gif, or video of themselves, a link to their SinParty page, and tag @SinPartyLife account. This is the definition of an eligible Tweet. The three eligible Tweets with the most retweets will win cash prizes, 1st place $500, 2nd place $250, 3rd place $100. Eligible Tweets must be made between December 5, 2022 and January 9, 2023. Winners will be announced January 11.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The prize is as follows:
    • 1st: $500
    • 2nd: $250
    • 3rd: $100

Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd most retweeted Tweets during the competition period. 

The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. Winners will be announced on the @SinPartyLife account on Twitter on January 11, 2023 and will also receive an email. 

14. Winners must supply 3 images of themselves and agree to the images being used by SinParty in promotional materials. 

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Cyprus law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Cyprus data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
