Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), “SinParty” refers to Orbit Internet, LLC (d/b/a SinParty) whose X/Twitter handle is @sinparty and Instagram handle is @sinpartylive. The “Prize” refers to two (2) [general admission tickets for Exxotica Miami 2024].
• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 23:59 PDT on 26 June, 2024. One (1) winner in the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will be selected at random by SinParty on 27 June, 2024 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
• SinParty competitions with entry via X/Twitter and Instagram [and/or Facebook] are open only to residents of the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants from each platform.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. Winners will be responsible for any and all costs necessary for their use of the Prize.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of SinParty are not eligible to enter.
• X/Twitter and Instagram [or Facebook] are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via X/Twitter or Instagram by liking the post from containing the URL to these Terms and following Instagram users with handles: @sinpartylive and @sinparty.
• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on X/Twitter or Instagram, using a random number generator. SinParty will not be held liable if the named Prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• SinParty is not liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SinParty’s total and complete liability under or in connection with the competition or these Terms shall be limited to $10.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, SinParty shall not be liable in any way, or for any reason, whatsoever for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. SinParty will not be responsible for any injury, death, or bodily harm sustained by a Winner as a result of using or otherwise availing themselves of the Prize.
• SINPARTY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, ARISING BY CUSTOM, COURSE OF DEALING, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE. NO REPRESENTATION THAT IS NO SPECIFICALLY CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE A WARRANTY BY EITHER PARTY
  Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, SinParty reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to SinParty if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.​
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond SinParty’s reasonable control, SinParty reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice and without any liability to any participant. .
• SinParty’s decision in awarding the Prize is final.
• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on SinParty’s social after the winner has been selected.
• These terms are governed the laws of the state of Florida and subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association to be held in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
